Bootcamp sessions run by the New Horizons centre are held during the week for adult members of the public. Times are Tuesday 13:00-13:30; Wednesday 18:30-19:30, Thursday 13:00-13:30 and Saturday 08:00-09:00.

The circuit training offers a form of body conditioning, resistance training and cardio, making the circuit diverse, versatile and challenging working each section of the body individually.
