Host Debbie, cooks a healthy storm in the open plan Kitchen where she warmly engages with her guests across the dining area.

The table is set with natural embellishments, sourced from the garden, typically, as is the basis for most of her dishes. Debbie prides herself on home-grown seasonal produce and likes to offer a twist on the traditional St Helena cuisine.

Set in the basin of Sandy Bay this historic building has been given a new lease of life, and on a clear night, enjoy a spot of stargazing beyond the sillouette of Diana’s Peak National Park.
